Hazel Phillips

Hazel leads RWK Goodman’s Children’s Services team which provides legal advice to children’s homes, supported accommodation providers, fostering agencies and special schools.

Hazel specialises in transactional work, helping clients acquire and sell businesses. She acts for both private operators and those in the not-for-profit sector and is known for her commercial and practical approach. She particularly enjoys advising family or founder-operated businesses and has significant experience in working with these clients to prepare for an exit.

Hazel is a board member of NASAP (National Association of Supported Accommodation Providers).
