Gemma Nicholas 

Gemma is a Senior Associate in RWK Goodman’s Dispute Resolution team and specialises in advising children's services and education, health, and social care providers on regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to Ofsted. She offers practical support to organisations navigating Ofsted enforcement actions, and registration requirements, as well as challenging regulatory decisions when necessary. With in-depth experience in guiding providers through inspections, governance issues, and regulatory frameworks, Gemma also helps organisations manage complex legal challenges, including public law matters and judicial review proceedings. She has a strong track record of supporting providers involved in inquests where they are identified as interested parties, ensuring they are well-represented in coronial proceedings. While Gemma’s primary focus is on regulatory compliance, she also provides strategic guidance on safeguarding matters.
