Analyse the limitations of punitive and reward-based systems in trauma-informed care.

Understand the role of natural, logical, and restorative consequences.

Explore how connection and reflection can shift behaviour more effectively than control.

Guide staff in responding to behaviours without shame or disconnection.

Promote consistency and emotional safety through attuned responses.

Support staff in thinking beyond compliance to long-term developmental goals.
