  • The aim of this course is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to be effective key workers in children’s care settings. The training will focus on building strong, supportive relationships with children and young people, developing individualized care plans, and promoting independence and personal development. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their responsibilities in coordinating care, collaborating with other professionals, and advocating for the needs of the young people they support.
